During the 2008-2009 school year, the Executive Board of the AES PTA will meet the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at Accawmacke Elementary School. Any member of the PTA is welcome to attend any Board meeting. The last summer meeting of the Executive Board will take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., at the home of Clara Chandler. 2008-2009 Members of the Executive Board and Activity Coordinators
To contact any member of the Board or Program Coordinator, please click here to send an e-mail; you will receive a prompt reply. The Board issues regular newsletters to members and parents. These newsletters are sent home with students, most typically in their Monday take home envelopes. All items for PTA newsletters must be approved by the principal, and the Assistant School District Supervisor; thus submission deadlines are strictly enforced. The proposed publication schedule for September is as follows: September 8 (deadline, September 1) and September 22 (deadline, September 15) |
