Le Barron, PTA President, by clicking here.
Please join us in welcoming our new Assistant Principal, Jennifer Bischer, our new School Secretary, Nicole Landon, and our new music teacher, Vickie Thompson! Nicole was worked in the Accomack County school system for twelve years, and was the secretary at Nandua High School before coming to AES. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for eleven years. Nicole and Steve have a daughter, Makenna, who is seven years old, and who will be starting the Second Grade at AES this year. Their second child is on the way, and is due in December! Nicole's hobbies include spending time with her family, friends, and pets, boating, fishing, and spending time at the beach. She has been a PTA member in the past and plans to continue to support and participate actively in the PTA. She says "I am thrilled to be a part of the AES staff and am looking forward to meeting the students and their families!" Jennifer just recently located to Bishopville in Maryland and
this is her first year working in the Accomack County school system. Prior to
moving to Bishopville, she was a teacher in Baltimore County for nine years, and
an assistant principal for four years. She enjoys spending time with her
fiancé, Brad, and her family and friends. She loves the beach and a good book!
She says, "I am very excited to be a part of AES and look forward to working
with the students and their families. It is my goal to insure that all children
are successful learners!" We are happy to have Ms. Bischer, Ms. Landon, and Ms. Thompson joining us at AES. Please stop by the office or music room and introduce yourself to them. |
